Flow

Continuing the work.

Not every transformation ends when a container does. Often, the deepest changes are only beginning to settle. New questions emerge, life moves on, and sometimes it helps to keep going with someone who already knows the work.

How we work

Flow consists of five sessions over approximately six months, scheduled whenever you need them. The rhythm follows your life, not the calendar.

Between sessions, the work continues. Our conversations help you notice what is integrating, what needs attention, and where a small adjustment might make a difference.

Sometimes all that is needed is a small adjustment. Sometimes a reminder. Sometimes simply returning to the work.

My role

In Fire I often work as a forge. In Flow I become more of a mirror.

Less intervention. More reflection. More integration.

I help you stay connected to the work that has already become yours.

Sometimes a short conversation prevents months of drifting.

Who Flow is for

Flow is available only to people who have already worked with me through one of my longer containers.

It is for those who have already done the deeper work and want a little more time to integrate it. Some come because they want further refinement. Others because they value having a place that already knows them.

What Flow is not

Flow is not Fire in another form, nor does it replace a Calibration or a Pattern Study. Each serves a different purpose.

It is not Fire at a lower price.

Fire reorganizes. Flow helps that reorganization become part of everyday life.

Sometimes people discover they are ready for another deeper period of work. Sometimes they discover they no longer need me.

The deepest work is not learning something new. It is continuing to live what you already know.
