Rooms

A weekly space to keep the work close.

The Core Alignment Rooms are a weekly group space for people who have already done the deeper work and want to keep it present in everyday life.

Life reorganizes itself continually. Old patterns resurface in new forms. Insight fades when it is not lived. The Rooms exist to keep the work close — not as something you return to once a year, but as a steady rhythm woven into ordinary weeks.

How we work

Each week we gather to practise, reflect, and re-align. There is no fixed curriculum. The focus follows what is actually present in the group — what is integrating, what needs attention, and where a small recalibration makes a difference.

Some weeks call for an exercise. Others for a conversation, a question, or simply the space to notice where you are. The rhythm is steady, and the work stays tailored to the people in the room.

Coherence is not a destination. It is something you return to.

Is a Room for you?

The Rooms may be a good fit if you would like to:

  • keep the work present between deeper containers
  • practise in the steady company of others who know the work
  • notice patterns early, before they take hold
  • return, again and again, to your own sense of alignment
